Bride's Face. } Atunbi Photography

Thot i take a break from the portrait series.  Well this is the face of the bride I put up a while ago.  Although some of you did not get that it was a silhoutte.  Anyhow wanted to see her face here it is.  As beatutiful as it gets.

Buy Fixed lens when you can afford it. Its much better without a doubt.  I borrowed yeni's for this one.

Nice shot. It's funny I'm planning on posting a wedding shot tomorrow.
This is a tough call, over all it's a lovely capture, the expression on te brides face is fantastic, but...

the shot to me has no harmony, many due to the groom. He seems to be too aware of the camera, so his smile dosen't look real.

Sometimes, when this happens to me... I just give the groom a couple of slaps, he soon understands the meaning of being relaxed ;-)

Actually, jokes apart, I have a meeting before the wedding and explain, that they (The couple) should forget that little ol' skee is there, and they should have the time of there lives... and expect the pictures to capture that smile

This is a wonderful start to wedding photography, keep it up!
Great expression youve captured there..grin nice

Hey! You know Kenke (Morenike)? I'm friends with her sister, Kofo. Heard the wedding was a blast.

Nice capture.

Okay the Subster jumps into the foray, You know what, I saw this shot briefly before I left the house this morning and my 1st thought was I like this. Looking at it again I still like it a lot. I like the expressions captured, for me it cool.

When you say "fixed" lens I assume you mean a "prime" lens? smile

For me when I shoot a wedding it's planned with military precision, I let the bride and groom know exactly what I want to capture, how I aim to capture the images and woe betide anyone who stands in my way of capturing these shots. I am as far as they are aware they only photographer there and even though I want them to smile at MY LENS, I also require and command them to behave as if I am not there (yes I know I am contradicting my self, but who ever said I was easy?)

Only then is one able to capture them once in a lifetime images. I think for me since my passion is portraits (people photography) the most important thing is to be able at all times and shoots to have a bond with whoever your are shooting, once they relax, you go in for the kill for those once in a lifetime images.

I feel you have captured a once in a lifetime shot here, Darn is the bride ever going to feel as happy and smiley as she is here walking down the isle for the 1st time as Mrs >>>>>> ? Me not think so.

Well done on such a wonderful shot.

Just realised you have a 20D, any dud shots mean I send my boys to collect the camera from you
Well - Bride and grooms look very happy, this is much more a fugitive (spontaneous) moment, I like this shot

hi Atunbi:

I am a new shutterchance member looking for advice on how to start learning photography. Any tips? I'd also like to ask what kind of picture processing software you use. Love your work.
